Gaining strength and power without bulking up is advantageous for boxing and I'm guessing that creatine could help speed as it can improve your explosive power. 100 and 200 metre sprinters would be able to elaborate further on that.
Creatine does increase ya power and strength i took it for about 6month straight a few years back during football training camp myself and noticed a big improvment in my strength, stamnia, energy, and athleticism... i went from being able to lift 185 pounds only like 5-6times to hitting 225 a solid 10 times after the 4 thmonth or so1 i also trained everyday, it improved my speed and took me from about 11% body fat to 8%
