I think it's widely used by many professional sportsman. The only downside I've heard, although I didn't experience it, is that it can cause muscle cramps. Apparently it's something to do with creatine reducing the amount of water in the muscle fibres. I've heard this statement a few times, but personally I didn't have any problems apart from the pain it caused on my finances. Better for pro sports stars who can afford it and get sponsored by the companies that produce creatine.

I have started going to the Gym the last couple of months and was thinking of Using Creatine. I feel I need more strenth to train harder.
Can someone give me the lowdown?
Will it help?
Is it worth using?
and what is it when you cycle creatine?
Thanks
