I think it's widely used by many professional sportsman. The only downside I've heard, although I didn't experience it, is that it can cause muscle cramps. Apparently it's something to do with creatine reducing the amount of water in the muscle fibres. I've heard this statement a few times, but personally I didn't have any problems apart from the pain it caused on my finances. Better for pro sports stars who can afford it and get sponsored by the companies that produce creatine.

If you dont cycle it and use for a while, and i mean like many, many months, than yes, its pretty bad.

yup you need to cycle creatine and drink plenty of water especially when working out, keep yourself hydrated to avoid cramping as well.

the new creatines are much better though.

dude, in no explode, its not creatine that gives you energy and makes you more focused, its an abundance of coffeine and taurisene.
How do I know? I used it.

I have started going to the Gym the last couple of months and was thinking of Using Creatine. I feel I need more strenth to train harder.
Can someone give me the lowdown?

                      Will it help?
                      Is it worth using?
and what is it when you cycle creatine?

                      Thanks
