                White Hope, the last thing you should worry about right now is smoking. You should be worried about your footwork, handspeed, guard, balance, aggression, stamina, and flinch response. All of which, based on the vids you've shown, are abysmal.

                I highly doubt that you could stay vertical in a regulation bout long enough right now for your smoking to become a factor.

                  Who cares about who did it anyways, why would you wanna do it. It smells gross, its bad for your skin, makes your teeth yellow, its terrible for your health and its not cool or tough i dont see one friggin reason why you would want to smoke especialy when you wanna be an athlete.

                      i never smoked cig's when i boxed, but i did smoke cigars quite frequently. i found that it calms me down after a fight and helps my brain get back to the speed of reality. not sure if that will make sense to any of you guys, but after a fight, my brain is running a lot faster than just straight up walking on the streets.
