Do boxer smoke cigarettes sometimes??????

    Stamina. endurance. Two different things.

    Myorga had muscle Endurance. He could throw with the same force throught the fight.

    The stamina to keep the punches coming? Different story. but he could still throw them.

    If he did smoke it only hurt his already unstable career. I felt it was mind games though. But he did grow up in the **** hole so i dunno.


    Cigs are BAd for you. Because hardly anyone has the same muscle endurance as Myorga. Thats one great Trait he has which comes before his Good Chin.


    Point is do you think you have something great that makes you ****y enough to think you can harm your body and still beat someone who doesn't? A smoker gets in the ring with me and goes 5 rounds....Well it wouldn't last 5 rounds if he's a smoker.

      How are the ribs? You gonna get some sparring up for us soon? The fact that white hopes 5th thread about smoking has been the most active here for the last few days is kind of sad...

        Ribs doin alot beter... i still feel them but I actually sparred yesterday.. Only 2 rounds though because the guy wasn't a good level.

        I will put one up but I'm waiting for one where it shows me against a skilled person. I want to actually get hit and that will be when the 154 3 state champ comes back to the gym.. might be this week.

        I could put up me beating some new 6 month dude up but It'd be pretty much the same thing Vers did... which is me just K.O. them or the sparring session being stopped.

        But If I don't get any good sparring by next week I guess i'll show the the sacrifices the gym makes to me.

            Sounds good. hope that guy comes back soon before we end up watching another whitehope sparring video or something. how come you don't put your workouts in the log? protecting trade secrets?

              lol.. I do a few very basic things that no one would ever catch on too.

              They help me alot so i try and have the upper hand... lol I would tell a serious boxer though... always good to spark more competition.

              lol don't make me go into how we need Good/Great/Legend Boxers lol...

                  are you saying we're not serious boxers? i guess thats fair enough. i'm always looking for good workouts to use though so if you'd pm it to me i'd appreciate it. That reminds me i need to credit pbr for his ab workout i wrote up in the log last night...

                    lol.. i'm not saying you dudes aren't serious boxers...

                    But It takes so long to explain... and everyone I see on here is quiting every other day or injured or not even boxing.... or just starting out.

                    I wasn't trying to bash anyone...just saying to explain and then check back ith them for results just to be told that they had to stop or sumthin lol.. would be a waste of time.

                      Yeah thats fair enough. like i said, i just try to incorporate things from different people. you seem like you're knowledgeable and take this seriously so i'm curious how you train. if you're bored someday and feel like typing it up i'd like to see it but if you don't want to thats cool too.
