Diet is 70% of the equation if you want really low bodyfat%

You dont think I'd make 165? i have 9.7.. I still look like I can lose the last 10 pounds i think... i'm ripped but i'm not totally ripped to the point where i dont think i could lose more weight.

Catas, I see you really emphasize the running aspect to losing weight and better toned/ripped muscles..just wondering if you lost alot of muscle running or what you did to counteract that?

Well I use ti be 215... but i was just slow and BIG.. i had bigger muscles but I wasn't cut.. just one of those big guys.. you would think I lifted... But it was more Body Gaurd.. less Body Builder.. I say less because my biceps still had lots of definition.. Just not the rest of my body feel me?

I DID huge sets of push-ups... but I was eating a large amount too.. so i was getting bigger still but no definiton besides my arms.. The fact that I wasnt lifting probaly helped me when i wasnted to lose weight...

I'm 174 now and I still hit hard and im faster... Sad part is when I hit the weight room for the first time last thurday (and last time since then) It drained my body totally...

So I'm guessing i lost muscle.. But the thing is I still hit with my same power.. mighty be from the push-ups being my main excercise.. I dont really know .. kinda baffles me.. Just happy it works for me. But No i didnt lose alot of muscle running.. I just got even more cut. Running is a must in boxing..

To keep muscle loss to a minimum...I would say that High Intensity Interval Training would be a better fit. Especially for a boxer. Its also a lot more effective at fat burning because it keeps your metabolism running in high gear for hours after the workout as well.

Boxing is actually a good example of high intensity interval training.
