      Ya, cardio is basically the best thing to lose weight. Now REALLY it's kinda complicated, but it does pretty much just come down to calories in vs. calories out.

      Running in the morning is best to lose weight, it'll take some fat and muscle off. If you've GOTTA go down a coupla pounds, and you already have very little fat, losing muscle is the only option.

        well like my trainer said with his broken Uzbek english accent: " No Run No Boxer."

        another thing you could sprint time to time edurance runner body are like skeleton but sprinters are like puma or Horse

        another does anyone does not increase or decrease in wieght very much. I remebered when i started training I was 76kg and was train for about month and swimming afterward and i stop little with the swimming.

        i slimed down to 69kg in about 3 month the weird part is the wieght started dropping when i stopped training and it stood this wieght even when I stopped for about 1/2 on routin training or real training plan and routine.

        and till now i never gain or lost weight from this day.

        another thing the guy asked for an 8 pack and not 6 which is some partly genetic some have and some dont and some train and bf it combination of many factors
