    Anyone know how 2 get an 8pack? how do you lose thigh fat, lose muscle mass to make weight, to cut down weight. It seems muscle makes you heavier...

      It's all about the diet... Eat good food in the kitchen, hard work in the gym. You can never do too many sit ups.... I found running up stairs is good for your legs...

        man, if you cant lose any more fat then leave it at that. cutting muscle is a imo. i wouldnt do that.nope esp not with drugstore stuff but thats just me......im not a trainer or nothing.

        oh.....but try running.

          if you have to lose muscle mass you are trying to fight in a division too low for your body.

            i feel u but so many of em do it like gatti,baldomir, cut weight end muscle to where their thin n lean any tricks to that

                Yo... Just do all work you don't wanna do.

                Running. Jumping lots of Rope. More running. Running 6 hours from now (5AM). Jumping more rope, then even more running after that.

                Heres the BIG secret everyone.

                You wanna stay low in weight and still eat what you want?
                RUN...
                you wanna stop worrying about diet plans and 6 pacs.
                RUN...
                You wanna be Cut for your weight class.

                Lose Weight?
