How much weight do you cut?

That makes sense. Are the weight divisions the same internationally? I'm around 150, 5'9", with little fat. I think theres a 147 or 149 cutoff for amateurs which i could easily make with minimal cutting or I could probably lose a few more pounds and then try to cut 5-7 of water to make the next step down. Which would you recommend for one of your guys?Comment

I've lost 18 pounds in almost 4 weeks before.. but it was a strict diet I was on.
Also.. you keep quite a bit of the water weight off if you eat before training and don't go crazy on the liquids after. In the morning you will be very happy when you weight yourself. But this was also with diet like the one im on now.Comment
