So what if people mimic Mayweather. ****, if I had the time and the skills, I'd do everything he does, he's the exact boxer I would want to be, and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.
Not to mention lotsa people workout when they can't sleep at night. Scientificaly speaking, no, it's not ideal, but it works for some people, and I've done it plenty of times in the past, sometimes it's just what you need to relax and get some sleep.

theres nothing wrong with it, the fact that they are tryin to say they arent is what the issue is. **** like I said I went and bought the same weights he has on the picture on the front page of boxingscene.

I often wake up earlier than intended and go for a run, 2am etc
When i have a run planned, i get up at 4.45am.
I love the peacefulness running at these times, no traffic, no ****** walkers/joggers, the only people i see are fellow hardcore runners

Ok yeah, I came back about ten minutes ago or whatever.
3 miles I went, I came back and for some reason my calves were burning like they were on fire. That's what we call dehydration I think.
