here is chris's cardio workout
10 min. run
1 min. break
1 min. pushups
30 sec. break
1 min. crunches
30 sec. brerak
1 min. squats
30 sec. break
1 min. leg raises
30 sec. break
3 min shadow box
1 min. break
six 3 min. rounds on the muy thai pads each Hitting 6 rds. and holding 6 rds., switch after each round ( a total of 12 rds.)
1 min break inbetween rds.
three 3 min bag rds
1 min break inbetween rds.
3 min shadowbox
1 min. break
3 min. run
1 min. break
1 min. crunches
15 sec. break
1 min. bridge
2 min. rest
Do these excersizes one right after the other
10 pushups (regular)
10 crunches
10 squats
10 pushups (wide)
10 leg raises
10 lunges
10 hand mt. climbers
10 ft. mt. climbers
10 inverted leg crunches
10 pushups (diamonds)
10 kick squats
10 side crunches
10 star jumpers
10 twisters
10 chineese pushups
