Why does this surprise you? If you've been around gyms and boxing for so long, and your father's even a trainer, you might have picked up on how things work by now?

My dad isnt a trainer, he just helped the guy. He called up Gene Kilroy and showed him a tpe of the guy and got a friend to train him and Eddie Mustafa also trained him. I havent really been in gyms that long, Id go for a couple months and then theyd close. When I did go I never talked to people, Id go in already wrapped up and ready and just start working in and then leave. I know all about the pros but I never really cared or payed attention to the amateurs.

man id just stay at the boxing gym to lose weight and improve at the same time. not many better cardio workouts then boxing. keep punches and the pounds will disappear.
