      Son of a ***** that sounds like it hurts.

      Well if this makes you feel any better at least you didn't tear both of your triceps like that NFL player did.

        Go see a Doc first off, if it is hurt and you don't your gonna regret it.

          I remember straining my pec and it was if I couldn't breath properly. Good luck with it though mate, see a physio and see what they say.

            I blew my back out last thuesday doing bent-over rows with a weight I usually can toy with..couldent move for 3 days. Although today 1 week later It's almost back to normal thank god.
