my honest opinions are:
a) needs to be quicker on his feet and work on footwork
b) needs to keep one hand up when throwing a shot with the other hand
c) he needs to keep his chin tucked in more and hands up when not throwing shots
d) needs more rotation in the hips
that does not look like a heavy bag to me...

move in with the punches instead of reaching, keep the hooks in, and stop standng so square.

He has a Square Stance, try to have your left foot out if you are right handed or right foot out if you are left handed, after punching snap hands back n gaurd yo face. Start punches from the toes and rotate your hips n shoulders.
