good guess im 145 that was pretty close, 1500 in day, if you do gymnastics i can beleive that, casue those people are machines,
the most i ever done in a day was 500, took about 26-27 mintues, i was goin for a 1,000, but that wasnt happenin i felt like i was paralyzed after i was done
Yup, I know a guy who was on the ukrainian nat. team. He could do like 80 chin ups.
I usualy do 1500 durring my workout, sets of 100, but deep pushups with 3 chairs.
Regular ones Im good for 200 or more...usualy till I run out of breath
i would prolly die if i even thought about trying to do something like that lol...i can prolly do 25-35 straight pushups...i had gotten up to like 50 at one point in time when i was doing pushups on a regular basis..
And you weigh what?.. do you fight?... Your fight record if so?
I weigh 210, 6'1", and what do boxing records have to do with pushups lol? And I havent boxed for ages now, and dont think Im coming back either (that was discussed in a different topic.
