how many can u do in one go

    I can do 80 straight on my first shot and then 50-60 following in regular sets.... my top was 87 straight though.........................


    Anyone think this is good? I would like someone thats honest to do a lil competition against.

      47.

      I do 25 a few times a day. I just did 47. It started to get tough at 45 and I stalled out. I was hoping to make 50.

      Maybe I should start making it 30, a few times a day.

        Thats good man.. your just starting to try and do large number...

        I hope to get to atleast 150 by the summer!,... I want some sort of competition though... I thrive off trying to be better than others!


        ooh and im 180 as of right now... im coming down to 160 though I'mma be a real problem at that weight...I love it!

          When I was in my top boxing shape, the best I could do was 91 very quick push ups. Note though, I weighted 135 pounds.
          Right now, I can defo do 60 straight.

            122 straight....but i'll reduce that to 117 the last ones werent done the right way

                Yup, it has a lot to do with weight. Like pullups, when I competed I could go 35 straight. I am 160 no, and I will be real happy if I can do 20.

                  I'm about 155, and right now, my "max" is around 40 I guess. I really don't do too many pushups, at least normal ones. I try and do about 4 sets of 40 a day (or at least every other though. And now I'm gonna try and do one more per set every day. As far as fast/slow, what's better? At least for our purposes?

                    hmm I dunno about one go, prolly about 200+

                    I usualy do 1500 durring my workout, sets of 100, but deep pushups with 3 chairs.

                    Regular ones Im good for 200 or more...usualy till I run out of breath
