What are your routines??
I like to do 50 sit ups
50 push ups
1 min burpees
20 star jumps from a crouch
30 secs of squats
after id finished id wait maybe 5 minutes then do it again (x4)
for me this is very difficult and i sometimes would not be able to conplete doin al the push ups, i am poor at them.
this is only home work and does not include; heavybag, speedbag, skipping or shadowboxing.
wel wat routines do u usualy go by if any??
