    Routines

    What are your routines??

    I like to do 50 sit ups
    50 push ups
    1 min burpees
    20 star jumps from a crouch
    30 secs of squats

    after id finished id wait maybe 5 minutes then do it again (x4)

    for me this is very difficult and i sometimes would not be able to conplete doin al the push ups, i am poor at them.

    this is only home work and does not include; heavybag, speedbag, skipping or shadowboxing.

    wel wat routines do u usualy go by if any??

        Fair enough. Try resting less during your workouts and your body will be more conditioned and you will see more gains. You should get most of your rest the DAY AFTER your workout.

          wil definitly try, thanx, cumn to think about it i havent hurt after training in about 8 months . looks like i have alot to gain back.
