Much better, thanks. My last couple of workouts I stood against the wall and let people hit me in the body -- lightly at first, then harder and harder -- while I figured out the breathing thing. Holding my breath in the ring was killing me. Now I just have to do it enough to make it an unconscious habit.

My trainer has me doing a lot of ab work with medicine balls. We're on the incline situp bench a lot with medicine balls. He stands about 10 feet away and throws me the ball, I go down and come back up with it and then heave it to him, and we keep doing it . Then he'll have me catch the ball and hold it out in front of me and twist from side to side with arms stratight before doing the incline situp. It has really seemed to work. I think heavy medicine balls are a great part of a boxing workout.
the incline bench w/ medicine ball..is the best ab work out there is..plus its good cardio.....i do it for 3 rounds..Comment
