    Yeah that's what I was trying to say; my friends that took looked at themselves in the mirror and thought they were small and just wanted to take more and more. Thankfully they all stopped though.

    But I haven't heard many permanent side affects from natural testosterone boosters (if you take it as directed). Anyone care to share?

      I heard that they can lead to brith defects as well.
      That is my main complain, although which ones are you talking about, what brand etc?

        Sorry boys, but natural or not, if you're putting testosterone into your system, your body will stop producing its own. Anyone who tells you otherwise is flat out lying. Some do not have the other adverse effects of other steroids. But bottom line, you're reducing testosterone levels for the future.
