          Breakfast:

          - protein shake: milk, frozen berries, apple juice, whey protein, oatmeal
          - black coffee
          - 3 bananas (got hungry when I was stuck in traffic, these were supposed to be my snack before lunch)
          - vitamins

              I had a mini-eating disorder in which I avoided all kinds of foods I thought weren't the A1 healthy type and it led to me being very bitter and weak at times. Now, I eat everything in moderation and find myself to be reaping the benefits. I think the eggs and toast is OK, as long as you don't go overboard with it.
