        I dont believe in working the same muscles two days in a row, and you shouldnt have to. I used to do triceps, chest, legs one day, then biceps, forearms, shoulders, back. Like that. I would usually do mon. tues. then wed. off then thur. fri. Weight lifting four times a week should be fine if you just want to gradually get stronger and look bigger. If you want to be a straight up body builder then its a bit more hardcore. More like 5-6 days a week.

          I agree with the bodyweight excercises. When I mean working the same muscles I mean strenuous lifting. With freeweights, machines, etc.
