There's a kid at our gym who is wayy taller then me and my friend ( who seem to spar alot ) and had been there for almost as long as us but he looked like someone who should have been running track or playing basketball.. anyway, he put my friend in (who is 5'7 140lbs southpaw in-fighter) against him (whos 6'-6'1, 155lbs, orthodox "brawler") and first thing he does it just throw a huge right at my friend. The kid had a HUGE reach advantage on my friend but threw virtually no jabs and just tried to knock my friends head off. By the time it was my turn to get in he was red in the face with anger and his eyes were watering, etc. I am like 5'11" and I was out jabbing him for like 45 seconds, bloodying him up on accident (not really hard jabs or anything.. he was just walking right into them) and he got even more mad. I didn't know how to respond.. until he hit me with a right in the back of my head. I turned around to my coach and he told the kid to calm down and **** but he didn't.. so after the round was over the coach took him out (one, because his nose was disgustingly bad) because he couldn't control his temper. Pretty gay, imo.

I felt he did ok for his 1st time sparring, he's got alot to learn but for his 1st time in the ring he done not bad. It just shows never judge a book by its cover
I was the same as him too, its fear dude and nerves! Great attitude mate

cheers man, most people would get him a good one back, but i dont see the point, i know im a much better boxer than him, and even if i did want to get him a good one back its pointless, we are a team, im in there to improve and help ppl improve, not put people of or hurt them, ,props to the boy, my nose is a **** to breath out of down one nostril now, but i was delighted with his punching power for a young skinny boy plus his 1st time sparring, i just cant wait to see his 1st fight, i think he could be a good boxer.
