    Do u mean u hyper extended it? That **** hurts! It aint as sore as that but its annoying and distracting!

        i ****in hate hyper extendin my elbow. happens everytime i load up on a big right and miss. should let it heal but cant be ****ed

          hyperextended once throwing a right, the guy chose that moment to come forward and i fractured the head of my ulna.

          the night it happened i started a 6 day drinking binge and I didn't find out it was broken until the end of my binge, remember it hurting the whole time. lol

            jumping rope is just as good as running cross country. Ive been running daily for a long time and I just recently started jumping rope so I dont know.

              From my personal experience, jum rope is a hell of a workout, it really works your legs out so i would say yes it is just as good as running but you should do both imo.
