Very first thing, doing push ups on your knuckles...does this really strenghten em or no?

it strenghtens your hands cause your clenching your fist while your doing so you'll be able to make tighter fists.

I heard one in extrme martial art documentary the people who break plate wood and stuff have hard bone because the when you punch there is some calcuim deposit and there knuckle is hell big.

so basicly the bone if you put little stress on it it become stronger so i think it could help

This will make for strong fists, not strong knuckles. Working the muscles around the bones makes for some solid sledge hammers...................Rockin'
