      good idea
but i dont see how itll help ya
cuz it swings way to slow
like someone said maybe somethin a lil heavier
but then again the back swing might hurt ya too

yeah im going to raise it up.i cant but ne thing real heavy on there cause theres a room right above.i want it alittle higher so i can bend my legs alot to avoid it as in a match u gotta bend your legs for leverage.

I feel like the balls is on too long of a rope, it has such a long wide swing to it that you see it coming from a mile away. Didn't Tyson use a much smaller string that was not tied from so far up? I think you'd have it coming at you quicker and more frequently. I could be wrong, but i just remember Tyson's slip ball setup looking different.

Also work on your lower back and upper torso flexibility. Loosen up those muscles, and your slips will have more fluidity and natural quickness to them I think.

impressive bobbing skills, thats good natural defense right there. I can't really give you any advice as you know more about that style of fighting than anyone! just keep doing what your doing and make sure you've always got a good set of shoes at hand.
