Add to that, the fact that he's giving advice on how to cut so you won't lose muscle mass. I'll repeat: He lost 9 lbs. in 10 weeks! That's 40% of the total weight loss of 22 lbs.
Do you REALLY think it is impressive to give out advice on how to lose fat while retaining muscle, when, in reality, almost half of the weight he lost was actually muscle?

Oh, on a properly planned and executed diet, you'll lose about 1 lb. a week. This guy almost lost 1 lb. of LEAN MUSCLE each week of his diet. That should point you in the direction of how horrible his results were, and what a bad position to be giving diet advice really is.
