haha right fcuking on 100% kyro. you want advice you got it. the reason why pros can leave their hands down is because they got the basics down so good that they can go from there and create something better for them. i train in muay thai and i started out with the basics, as i became better my style changed little by little on its own. you might love they way roy jones fights, but thats roy jones, thats not you and it shows you shouldnt be fighting with that style. and with you not getting knocked out yet... youre are just one lucky guy so far.

By the way, I watched your double end bag video as well.. have fun throwing that ***** ass right at anybody and having them respect it. Power or not - your form is disgusting.

You're too slow, your left hand is to ****ing low, your right hand is to ****ing high, and you move around like a ****ing ******. That light heavyweight was painting you with jabs all throughout the 2nd round, which happens to be the only round I watched before laughing at your ****ty ass attempts to salvage your ego. You didn't want to go hard? Understandable. Hard and speed are two different things. Spar fast to fight fast, something the light heavyweight had no problem doing. He even got ****ing bored throughout the round and started to get fancy with uppercuts and such. Roy Jones Jr should ****ing sue you for even mentioning you being his clone, ***got.

I applaud anyone who puts video on themselves online and allows themselves to be critisied

Having said that, the RJJ wannabe would be smoked by anyone who could put together a good pressure combination.

Ok i've now watched your videos a bit more closely and some of your training vids too.

From your replies to critiscm in this thread, it sounds like your stubbornly going to stay with this style. That's your look out man, but that's cool

My understanding of this style of fighting and i play around with it occasionally (usually against less experienced fighters) is that the key is to counter with your right hand fast and hard (like James Toney) . You cannot just roll your shoulder and keep retreating because you will get caught and battered. I saw hardly any right hand countering from you. A combination comes in, roll your shoulder to defend then spring straight back with power from the right hand to counter.

Also you need a decent left hook with this style and yours sucks. work on it
It needs to be delivered short and fast as your opponent comes in.

Your combination speed needs improving too, i wasn't that impressed with how your trainer was handling the focus mitt work.

The double end bag vid was the worst of all mate, sorry i have to say. You don't extend your right hand at all ! no hip or shoulder rotation. You need to be able to snap your right hand out hard and fast to counter then snap it back and return to your shell defence. You just stick the right hand out with no power or speed at all. Your opponent MUST fear your right hand counter with this style, it's key !

your slow man... maybe if u had speed the half guard would be more understandable but your bloody slow man... i weight 200 pounds and i KNOW for a fact im much faster, hands and feet. As a welterweight u should not be that slow
