u did good man,the people critisizing u prolli never seen a pair of boxing gloves so dont let it get to you, that guy was 40lbs heavier so i think u did the right thing by keeping the distance,he seemed to be throwing agressively so i would of done the same thing, plus ur trainer was saying "jab jab",so thats what ur gonna do

Appreciate the advice tho
You got two kinds of experience/size difference spars:
1. The guy knows hes better or bigger than you and lets you work him. Doesn't get mad and crazy when you hit him and goes easy with you.
2: The guy knows hes better and bigger than you but still gets mad and crazy when you hit him and tries to go to war. A fight is a fight to him.
I've been #1 and #2 and have also sparred with #1 and #2. But the best way to spar is to be relaxed and calm and not to get mad at getting punched. Sometimes I know its hard to try and battle back with someone bigger and better than you but you'll learn how to adapt to situations.

Its usually a trust thing with your partner...if you guys are both green and new to each other there is still a kind of ego thing going.

You forgot a number tho 3. the guy thats Bigger, but not better... that works with you, but dont try to go for a KO when u tag em... Lol Cuz alot of the time the smaller guys have more skill than the bigger dude, the bigger dude just stronger and uses his size to advantage

cool, but that aint YOUR style, thats roy jones style. You just like Roy Jones and try to copy him even though you dont any thing close to his skills man. You even call yourself "Roy Jones Clone".

First of all, you saying you will consider advice if it betters your style is ****ing ******ed. Don't come on this board and ask people to critique your video but then try to defend your ****ty ass attempt at a great style because people on here say your garbage at it. You want some advice? Here: Don't post your sparring videos on this board and expect people to think your good. You want advice, you're getting it. You're too slow, your left hand is to ****ing low, your right hand is to ****ing high, and you move around like a ****ing ******. That light heavyweight was painting you with jabs all throughout the 2nd round, which happens to be the only round I watched before laughing at your ****ty ass attempts to salvage your ego. You didn't want to go hard? Understandable. Hard and speed are two different things. Spar fast to fight fast, something the light heavyweight had no problem doing. He even got ****ing bored throughout the round and started to get fancy with uppercuts and such. Roy Jones Jr should ****ing sue you for even mentioning you being his clone, ***got.
