need serious help

    also another problem i have is when i sparring im doing ok but when the other guy starts pputting pressure on me or starts doing combos and backs me up to the ropes or corner i sort of start panicking and try to block it by turning around.

    any help would be grately apreciated i know my problem is more mental than physical.



    Sounds like you don't have any fight in you. Why are you in boxing?

        Lol, I didn't forget anything, I chose to keep it simple, that's the point, he needs as little as possible to worry about so..........

                I'm not saying you are wrong because your not, I am saying that he needs concentrate on the basics first and get used to the sparring experience to build his confidence.

                Obviously it would be better to get some lateral movement as well but it seems that he is struggling to put it all together therefore you strip back the layers and build confidence.

                I have seen this a hundred times over the years and manage to get most of my boys through it!

                  the answer to you problem is all in you hand i could advice you something but it would be used because as you said you problem is metal and that thing nobody cant help you with it only yourself
