        He's up there.
I TOTALLY AGREE! Maskaev is also on my list.

you all are dumb. let me just say that. dominating a guy like Lacy is never going to make you fighter of the year or Wright would have gotten it last year for dominating a LEGENDARY fighter in Trinidad, a fighter who had actually accomplished something. homers to the end.

and it doesn't matter how entertaining the fight was or how close it was, it's the winner that matters. Taylor over Hatton in 2005 any day of the week.

hey Geoff why are you playing Tszyu up saying people had him as p4p #1 and ****? WHO THE **** WOULD HAVE TSZYU IN THE TOP 2?!?!? greatest 140lber ever???? God damn, you're a biased ****.

I give it to the Big O for pulling off the upset. No one thought he could win(and this time that wasnt because of overrating Rahman, it was underrating Oleg).

What's with the "all"? Only ONE person said that Calzaghe should be fighter of the year 2006 - ONE.

You really ought to shut your ****ing mouth with this "homers" ****, little boy, it's getting old, FAST, especially when you're one of the biggest homers on this site. Why don't you try not acting like a **** for a change and have a civil discussion instead?

This thread is actually about FIGHTER OF THE YEAR 2006... as predicted in hidden text in my VERY FIRST POST, you've turned it into yet another "Taylor was robbed last year" threads. Give it a rest.

... oh, and as stated AT LEAST ONCE ALREADY, re: "it's the winner that matters", most of the Ring, while standing by the official decision, did not agree that Taylor beat Hopkins the first time, ergo their standing on his FOTY position.
