Do you struggle with the concept of time at all?
Do you not understand that the fact that he signed a 3 fight deal, none of which involves Floyd means that he didnt want to fight him??

Hatton wasn't ready to fight Floyd, and took that 3 fight deal with the intention of looking at a Floyd fight sometime down the road.

Floyd's offered him a fight twice and he has declined twice.
ok, scratch hatton, whatever... u get the point i was making

        No, I don't.

No way Arum would have put Cotto in with Mayweather.

        Williams is far too Green.

Hatton didn't want to fight Floyd.

Margarito is the only one, and Judah and Baldomir were better more significant fights.

Does anyone else find it hysterical that Tony only really started calling Floyd out after he beat Manuel Gomez???

It's not even 18 months since Hatton first sat at the big boys table, so I don't think he's done too bad in that time, do you?

Most people would have preferred Marg to Baldy, I would say.

Why do Floyd fans prefer to make excuses, like certain fighters aren't worthy, than see the fights? I don't get it. It just doesn't ring true when you look at the guys he has fought over the last 4 years.

DLH and Mosley are fine by me, but why wasn't he chasing them when they were closer to their primes instead of wasting time on bums and shot fighters?

Floyd doesnt need to beat guys like Marigirito to make him an ATG, he needs the mosley's de la hoya's and maybe if cotto/tony beat an A level opponent and Hatton comes out of fighting he will fight them too.
Probably not, becuase he said this is his last fight.

So this court struggle lasted a year? November 2005-October 2006? Yet that didn't interfere with fights against Maussa and Collazo, but it did with Mayweather? Sure...

I wouldn't be surprised if Hatton demanded HBO write into the contract that he would not have to fight PBF. He is flat out scared of the man...

Hatton after Zoo has fought Maussa, Collazo and is scheduled to fight Juan Urango.
Theres just no excuse for that.
The Baldomir fight was the best option for Floyd, more money and facing a real champion, not a paper one.

Neither Mosley or DLH are shot fighters, and when they were in their primes Floyd was fighting 17 and 12 pounds below their weight classes.

like i said... the same old arguement... he can fight 6 guys with no chance at beating him, but has every excuse in the book for not fighting all the guys that would have been more competitive

There was no court case last year. Floyd offered a fight for autumn 2005 and Hatton said he'd be ready to fight in the States in early 2006. Floyd went to 147 instead.

Sorry, but I don't have the time or inclination to debate things on the level of "scared" fighters. Come back to me when you've grown up a little.
