in mma anyone can become a champion...look at rich franklin never wrestled or boxed in highschool and he was a teacher...he aint even the best...mma is still evolving..and a black man with good stand up beat him...now tell me UFc dont try to market his product to the trash whites in america? listen to his guitar riffs and ****** rock music during segues.

I am one of the few white guys who gets offended by ufc...thats why i support pride...i dont like redneck ignorant trash...or trailer racist trash...they can all kiss my ass.

and i aint no race trader.

But I will admit the truth...UFC is bigger then Boxing...boxing is basically dead.
You know nothing about MMA or the UFC, stop acting like you do. There are many black fighters in MMA you just don’t hear anything about them because none of them hold any belts in the ufc or pride. Just to name a few of the black fighters in MMA, Quinton Jackson, Gary Goodridge, Melvin Manhoef, Joe Charles, Terry Martin, Shonie Carter, Marvin Eastman, Melvin Guillard, and Din Thomas.

Rich Franklin lost to Anderson Silva, a Brazilian fighter not a black fighter. But nice try. Boxing is still bigger then MMA, boxers make way more money then mma fighters. Most ufc fighters are making around 10-30k while boxers are making way more. The ufc only has spike TV to show free fights while boxing has Showtime, HBO, and ESPN. Oh btw the only redneck ignorant trash in this thread is you anyone can tell just by reading the bull **** that you write. Ok I’m done owning everything you said good bye.

the pacman vs morales even though i am ordering it will be going up against the mega attraction of the new wave UFC! on nov 18 same day shows.

PACMAN vs morales 3 the grand finale will do maybe 200,000 ppv buys.

and the ufc 65 will do maybe 650,000 ppv buys.

honest estimation....remember that most bars are not showing the pacman fight they are showing the ufc fight that night...so it will account for half of hte ppv sales.
lets see a source. I don't think that every recent UFC show has done 600 000 ppv buys. And bars do not account for half of the ppv sales for a given show, most PPV buys are domestic.

If UFC sales where that huge, then we would also be seeing ESPN go into the MMA market by now.

And Morales Pacquiao will do a lot more than 200 000 ppv buys.

I'm kind of su****ious that your pulling these numbers out of the air.

Boxing is not dying.. Talking about how Morales Vs Pac would make 200,000 buys at most. You going nuts. It will sell more. Even if UFC fights get more buys.. Who making money?

Put this as an example.. Matt Hughes the best fighter in the Welterweight division.. He's been kicking some serious ass. He is known in that division. and has been known for awhile. How much does he get payed for a fight?

As for Mayweather who is known and is kicking ass... Mayweather made 8 mil for the Baldimor fight. Im pretty sure that Matt Hughes is not gettin payed that kinda of money for a fight. Not any UFC fighter is.

the only reason the fighters in ufc are getting paid little money is because ufc needs to make profit...they have to get outta debt...then they will pay tghe fighters 10 million for the big draws.

And here in the UK boxing is growing quite a bit. Boxing wasn't on tv much here from the late 90's and early 2000's. But now boxing is on quite a lot and venues and always getting sold out. TV ratings for it are high and I can have many conversation with mates about Calzaghe, Hatton/Mayweather, Khan and such.
I don't know anyone who likes UFC and I never see it mentioned in the papers or shown on tv. Boxing is growing here again and UFC was never born..

ufc appeals to white trash, frat boys of all ethnicities and those dirt bike an biker with tattoos people who like to see monsters who take roids...look how dana white markets it...with ****** rock music that sucks, and then with extreme commericials its more like wwe then a sport DANA white doesnt care for the sport he cares for the profit, anyone who thinks different is dumb.

my favorite division in ufc is the lightweights and i went to one event and all those rednecks were booing and fell asleep during it...it was the most exciting bout yves edwards vs josh thompson.

ill give boxing 1 thing...their fan base is True and loyal...id rather have loyal REAL fans then bandwagon fairweather fans who will probally move onto the next big thing 2 years from now.

Bottomline is right now UFC is the big thing....amongst the wild party people.
Well I agree with some of what you are saying. Anytime time you have violence like in MMA, you are going to attract some biker dudes/white trash/****** people types. Just comes with the territory. As for Dana, yeah he is a douche but he has brought the UFC from death to going almost mainstream. It is still a really new sport and needs time to grow. But like I said, boxing and MMA should be able to co-exist and prosper. They are both great.
