In 2009 I would like to see Vitali fight a top ten contender who is 7 years younger, and 3 inches taller and see how he does against them. Untill he does that, I will continue to call him a cry baby.
You are ****** beyond necessity to respond but I'll try.

Klitschko took the fight with Lewis on the same 2 weeks notice, no less and no more. It was an even fight with Klitschko leading on the cards, when it was stopped. Nobody was killing anybody, it was an extremely competitive fight, the kind that is talked about down the years, it could have been decided by one punch after that round on both sides.

And Klitschko wouldnt be the one going down. It just couldnt happen. The man was a tank in the chin dept.

....Vit had more of a killer instinct than Wlad and he could definitely get nasty. I think he's naturally meaner than Wlady. However, I am seeing glimpses of Wlad showing Vitali like irritation in his recent fights. He was pissed at the sight of his own blood in the Brock fight, and he angrily punished Calvin for it. I would love to see Wlad get a little nastier in the ring.

A nastier, meaner Wlad would be indestructable.

Its not competitive if one opponent cant see wtf is going on. Lennox began landing the right at will towards the end of the fight, and the doctor did the proper thing by not letting the poor guys face fall off.

If you throw the records, titles and reputations in the trashcan you will see A different fight entirely. Lennox is the underdog, and Vitali got f'd up by the older, shorter, out of shape opponent.

it was apparent to me as i watched the fight that wladamir pretty much shoved brock off of him from start to finish pretty much off every break and other times just when he wanted space...... similar to the way
foreman used to show the opponent who was boss.. the body language of wlad all night was "im the champ, youre just buying time"

ive said it before that despite what he says and how he treats his fights i definately think wladamir is an angry fighter with an axe to grind... because if he wasnt pissed off and hungry he wouldnt be doing it anymore, he doesent need boxing and with the setbacks he could easily have gone as quietly as his brother did.. furthermore i think he believes something strange happened the night of the brewster fight and i think that motivates him a lot. i know people go back and forth here about whether he punched himself out or if there was foul play involved... or both... but put that aside and realize that wlad is the one who truly knows what happened... and should it be that he was cheated of the heavyweigh title, on the biggest stage... imagine how bad that would burn inside you...
