Pressure fighters give Mayweather HELL!

For proof, just look at these fights his first lose Jose Luis Castillo and look at the second fight too, Goyo Vargas, Jesus Chavez, Carlos Hernandez.

Duran would corner and maul Mayweather.

I think Mayw. would not fall into a Leonard 1 type of mistake and it would be entirely possible for him to do the outboxing and the dancing required. Mayw. is showing very complete boxing and articulated gameplans nowadays, in terms of these two things he is as good as anything we have ever seen.

fact is Mayw' is smaller than Leonard (and also fo the grown up version of Benitez), and less powerful than Leonard. Could he keep Duran honest? not so sure. Duran was a beast. A lightweight who hang in for 15 rounds with one of the greatest MWs ever.

I want to see more of mayweather, I dont discount the possibility that he wins it. But I want to see him dig him deep, since you can bet your asses Duran is going to make him dig deep.

Chavez was winning the fight before his corner stopped the fight and even the announcers and hbos ledderman said so.

All those fighters I mentione gave him hell, he beat Vargas but man, did Vargas make Mayweather work for that win. And we already know what Castillo did. Now imagine Duran, being as relentless as Vargas and more skilled then Castillo, thing is Duran is when he wants to be he had it all. So Duran by UD if not by tko.

And yes i aggree its premature to match him up with Duran, because after all, Mayweather is ducking Margarito.

And Benitez is shoulders ahead of Mayweather when it comes to defence and imo, they were both boxers but Mayweather uses his legs, and from what i've seen Benitez can stand in front of you and make you miss all your punchs. Benitez, that guy was a very slick fighter.

I forgot to add that Goyo Vargas was an ex-featherweight, and he gave Mayweather hell. Bullied him at times and got the best of Mayweather. Mayweather had to work for that win.
