II dont watch this show. It doesn't interest me at all. I was just assuming it could never pull in these figures. Its numbers that itv and BBC can only dream about. If the numbers are right, its baffling that ITV dont advertise it.

Joe is never going to be globaly recognized as long as he keeps challanging "contenders" for the belt, he hasnt fought 1 person of credit other than lacy who was still to fresh for Joe and now he's what so many years into defending his title and still not widely known, it has nothign to do with him being from brittian it has to do with him not leaving brittain, not fighting quality opposition, and asking for fights against washed up/ serioiusly out of prime former champions to prove his point that he's good, it just doesnt work that way.

a calzaghe-manfredo fight is ridiculous. i'm sick of these contender ****s. they'll never beat a true champion. calzaghe will kill manfredo and not really add anything to his legacy. he'll be in the same place. he's getting up there in age, he needs to start fighting big fights. i think a jermaine taylor fight would be best. that would be huge if it were to be worked out. calzaghe said he wants to fight him and u know taylor will fight him. he'll fight anyone.

exactly. before i started really gettin into boxing i never heard of calzaghe. i was at manfredo's fight and it was fun to see him kick that bums ass but theres no way in hell he can win against calzaghe.

lol dont u hate that. Like when i tell ppl i watch boxing they atuomatically think i mean the contender. though it brings good attention to the sport i really dont like the show. i liek to see the whole fight not just the "big punches" and they amplify each punch to make it sound like it was from God or something lol
