Would you Consider Mayweather an Alltime Great?

If he beat Oscar,Mosley, Cotto, Margarito (To remove the hype and make his fans/floyd haters respect him, because no one outside these boards knows who he is).......Hatton, and then retires?

I would if he does that, IMO Margarito is literally a nobody, hes on the undercard of Cotto/Quintana...

Even if he faces Cotto should he win against Quintana is fine.

You forgot Williams; but if he beat all of them impressively, it would be hard to say he's not. Although, I should point out the obvious: De La Hoya and Mosley are long past their best.....and Hatton's better at 140 and is about to begin sliding, anyway; his type of fighter doesn't last long.

If Floyd can beat DLH, forget all the other names, he would have proven to me that he can walk the talk. I have been waiting for this dude to give me something worth watching. Everytime I see Floyd fight I know in advance what the outcome would be. I knew he was gonna school Baldomir for 12. I would be in suspense if he fights DLH. I think Cotto would be an easy fight for PBF, Hatton would be a good fight, Margarito would be a good fight. I don't see Floyd beating a well prepared DLH though, even an old DLH. I haven't really seen Floyd get caught with a flush hard shot, I think DLH can catch him with one.

Floyd does'nt need to fight Williams, Margarito does to claim he is a somebody

I beg to differ. Floyd needs to fight every quality fighter he can if you want to talk about history. Whoever wants their name mentioned in annals of time needs to fight the best to ensure their place. Williams is growing into qualilty welteweight. If Floyd want resect, he's going to have to earn it.
