I do laugh it off because I don't see how anyone can take seriously a "world title" that wasn't even the linear belt that was won against a shot Gatti.

Valuev won a world title too

dont laugh it off was meant as a it still has some standing for the whole resume.. like the 37-0, 20 defences and weight class world titles.

but yeah theres alot of padding in all of that granted.

                Zab Judah
                Sharmba Mitchell

                Victoriano Sosa.

there is plenty better quality figthers out there(not counting Margarito cause thats anothr story), and he hasnt faced them.

                Cotto
                Hatton
                DLH
                Shane
                ect....
Cotto and Hatton have turned him down,DLH says he dont want it nomore,a Shane fight could be possible

And to answer the question, yeh i think he is in the all time great list, but not on the level of SRR and Ali,hes in there with the Pernell Whitakers and i also think hes up there with Leonard,u cant say Leonard would have knocked him out,it would have been a close fight, theres a few fighters that are in the all time great list still fightin today

you could have a case for an atg super-featherwieght but a general atg no way
if p4p was about ppl fought and wins etc instead of skill i doubt mayweather would be in the top 10 nevermind number 1
i do believe if he has 4 more fights against for followin you could slot him into the top 10 atg
                  dlh
                  hatton
                  mosley
                  cotto (if still undefeated)

Possibly top 30 all time? Certainly very talented, but even Roy Jones faced better competition.

floyd claims already that he isthe greatest that ever lived.... hes not a top 50 all time becuase hes never fought anybody exept castillo and hes not even an A caliber fighter...i dont like floyd only becuase he wont fight anybody...if he reallyloves boxing and hes going to retire then he knows hes not as good as he portrays..
