Mexico has had the benefit of being more exposed to the boxing scene being nearer to the US.

Most fighters come to the US to fight out hunger and poverty.

If given fair chance of exposure it would be very different. For now, Mexico has edge over the Philippines.

Mexico, because the women in that country dont bleach their skin to look whiter, i know thats a low blow, but man i get sick of seeing filipino "models" who do that **** when i live in one of the largest pinoy communities in america and ive seen maybe 5 girls in my lifetime that actually had light skin like that. No disrespect to the philipines but man im sick of seein that cuz it aint real. And there are alot of fine ass brown/dark skinned pinays.

And because Isreal Vasquez is from mexico, same with salvador sanchez. and mexico has a storied history with more than just a few fighters here and there, mexico has legend after legend.

after reading several articles about the situation and hearing it straight from the source with the exchange workers we get at my job, alot of those models bleach there skin, i bieleve it, because why is it that somehow, of all the darker skinned/light brown skinned women that there are in the country, that somehow, every model that is popular has brigthened skin? yes there are light skinned pinoys etc, but if skin bleaching wasnt an issue, why would there be so many situations where its the case?
