I disagree. Nunn was so smooth, so flowing and well-founded. He was the most talented of the talented, IMO. Shame he ****** his career up his nose the night he KO'd Kalambay.

No, boxing NEEDED Nunn. Nunn was supposed to be the next superstar in boxing, and Leonard refused a 'passing-of-the-torch' fight with Nunn because he knew he wouldn't get close to him, let alone beat him or run him close.

What do you mean? That was one of his most impressive victories.

Rumour has it, after he KO'd Kalambay he went out and ended up putting the white stuff up his nose.

Nope, of course he couldn't, Nunn was a genetic freak, how often do you see a middleweight with that much of a physical advantage and that ability?

Hardly ever, Leonard was on the way out after the Hagler fight, no.. I'll say after the Lalonde fight, because of the disadvantage he overcome by a knockout.

Ah, that was after his win over Kalambay? Interesting, well, atleast it was celebrated on the right occasion, what a knockout.

mayweather is not in the class of leonard or whitaker.

sidenote- toney is one of the most overated champions of all time.

All the above except for Sugar Ray. If he beats De La Hoya and then beats the winner of Margarito-Williams after it happens, then he is even at level or better that Leanord.

And Geoff, Nunn was 6'1, not 6'3.
