There's no "siding", it's nothing to do with Hatton. Hatton beat The Man and linear champ, so is the man in the division. The Ring has Hatton as the 140 Champ, not Floyd. Don't even see how it's an issue.

No, Hatton was the real champ since he took the real champs belt (Tzyu). Floyd took Gattis paper belt.

"Its not about the belts. Im the best fighter in the world."

      later on in an interview....
"Im the best baby. Im a 4 division champion."

Mayweather wasn´t a paper champion in the 140 lbs but too he wasn´t de best cuz he had not a unification or some rival like Tzsyu.

Regardless of why the fight was or wasn't made, and regardless of whether or not he could beat Hatton, he WON'T be a real champion at 140 until he fights and beats Hatton, just like he's only a paper champ at 147 until he beats Baldomir.

Don't use "nuthugger" in your posts though, A Force. Naughty.
I disagree, I feel like we as the fans and the audience are smart enough to know who the champ is regardless of belts (except for the HW division). we all know that Hatton and his team have repeatedly stated that they will be ready next year every year. therefore with the knowledge of that, i feel like he was the man at 140 because the beltholder felt like he needed an extensive amount of time to face him.

I wasn't including you. I don't think your a fan or audience...just a person with an agenda to downgrade one of the best fighters any of us have ever seen. Your simply a spin doctor, as Hugo Chaves would say: just manipulative and devilish!

Mayweather went up to 147 while Hatton returned to 140 and Castillo and Corrales where kicked out of 135 and Mayweather advance too much.

Hatton is a dream for every good boxer. He is like walking money its an easy win for many including Witter who he been calling out and dissing him and there is no answer from Hatton.

Hatton is not serouis in taking risks. The win over Tszyu was actully more of a Tszyu loss than Hatton winning the title.

How do you agree with that and still call Floyd a paper champ? You know damn well Hatton would never had fought Floyd at 140 or any weight class. he won't even fight Witter...see this is what I'm talking about, typical example of an agenda.
