You know Boxing is dead with Pacquiao is Considered Boring?

I tried to show some guys a pacquiao fight and they said he made them fall asleep and that matt hughes is the best freaking fighter most exciting! wow...guys come on...if pacquiao is boring then what the hell? if these ufc fans call pacquiao boring then geez i guess there is no hope for boxing.

What is with you and making these retarted threads about how the UFC is killing boxing?
    Its not.
Boxing is better and always will be, who cares about your friends who have literally no idea what their talking about?

My dog pooped on my carpet the other day. Guess the carpet sucks if he doesn't respect it huh?

dude it wasnt just my friends! when pacquiao fought morales for the 2nd time no one was watching at this orange county bar i was at and the bar was packed with like 400 people its a huge bar and grill...but when they had the hughes vs penn everyone was glued to it! and you could hear cheering and ohhs and ahhs.

like i said people have had hopes for PACQUIAO being the most exciting fighter right now but if he couldnt even catch the attention of those bar patrons then what makes me think boxing is not dead?

I mean its not dead the real fans like us are still watching it but is it enough for boxing to make money? i don tknow.

There are always those that pronounce that boxing is dying, from as long as I can remember, and since the start from what I have read. Sooner or later, someone will come along and grip the general public's interest again. Boxing will never die.

First of all, boxing still has a much larger audiance than UFC. This can be seen in the fighters money. There is not a UFC guy alive that makes 10 Million a fight and there are about 10 boxers.

Some people like UFC but the people that you are talking about in the bar more than likely had no clue who the hell the two guys were that were fighting.

They just like the fact that UFC fights are usally about 5 minutes long and people today have short attention spans.

Most UFC guys dont even make 10K a fight.

If hectari doesnt like boxing so much then he should get the **** out of here and keep his ass on sherdog. The mods should ban his ass.

well if you watched Ballet...you might say it is boring...but to those who enjoy, know and respect the art of ballet, they may think a young prodigy doing various techniques is exciting...

they don't have a respect for the sport....or have not grown to like the sport...so they may not appreciate what is exciting to us...

I wouldn't waste your time trying to force someone to like something they don't
