it doesn't make much sense when someone tries to degrade a fighter who doesn't move up in weight.

it's not like Pac is killing himself to make 130. so moving up is rather a dumb move for Pac.
Pac doesn't have to move up, but if he wants to fight Morales, a "healthy" Morales, he should allow Morales to come in at a weight healthy for his body...I don't want to see a fighter lose because he lost the fight killing himself to make the weight...fighting a "drained/flat" fighter makes your victory less...Morales could have decided not to fight, but he will do it for the money and pride...Pac and his team know this, that is my complaint.

I think Erik will make wt. regarding the "weight drained" issue. Erik was NOT weight drained on their 2nd fight, otherwise he wouldn't last 11 rounds taking tremendous punishment for 6 straight rds. i don't know how a "weight drained" fighter can take the kind of punishment Pac did to Erik and last 11 rounds. it's just an excuse or at least that's what Erik thinks the reason why he lost. the great Roberto Duran had a worst excuse imo.
Pac by tko 6-7. GO PAC!!!

Kostya Tszyu had trouble making weight, though part of it was from inactivity that effected his endurance...he was breathing heavy from about round 4.

Tyson drained weight for his fight with Douglas

Both fighters took punishment for many rounds

no need to complain bro, Pac will be fighting a HEALTHY ERIK, that's what been said by TEAM MORALES since the velocity training and he is even 1 pound lesser the the maximum weight 30 days prior the fight set by WBC, he is right on schedule and everything I read about Erik on his training is on a positive note, that heis in top condition and the strongest his ever been...

Tyson went down because of Douglas' legit combos. what Tszyu fight are you referring to?

All pac is going to get is a drained Morales. He didnt want to fight hima t 132 because he KNOWS thta a healthy Morales would kick his ass like the first time.Morlales being the warrior he is didnt turn the fight down.Whats the point of seeing a shot fighter in the ring agaisnt someone in his prime? Has anyone here besides dino tried to lose 12 pounds in a month? Morales isnt even going to be prepeared for a fight he is going to be in great shape from trying to lose weight

It's a week from November. Why this guy isn't at 135 by this time is beyond me. I have lost respect for boxers not making weight. It's gotten ridiculous.

Tyson was said to be around 260 and had to go down to 220 for fight time...Tyson was being lazy and waited till the last minute to drop weight.

Tszyu vs Hatton...part of the problem was age, and inactivity...he looked like crap in both the weigh-ins when he came back, but the Hatton weigh-in was the worst.

Even look at Ali against Holmes, Ali was drained and was able to take a bad beating.
