I have seen all of kesslers fights. And i belive he is as stong as ever right now.
I have much respekt for Calzaghe, and regard him the strongest opponent Kessler could face. The fight would be a killer, thats for sure.
You shouldn´t judge a fighter on one fight, but it should help to show that he is for real, and this fight is the only fight they could both lose. I think it would be up to Calzaghe to see if he could get close to kessler, and not loose his temper, then he would be i serious trouble. Kessler doesnt miss many free invitations.

floyd signed to fight judah when judah was THE champ. and floyd's signed to fight again the champ at 147 carlos baldomir.

if floyd hasnt fought the best, who has he dodged?

Yeah, and carried on fighting him when he was no longer the champ.

Baldomir is just the champ by fortune. I mean, I LIKE Baldomir, but he's hardly a genuine world-beater, is he? I mean, if Floyd pitched a shut out, would you be surprised? And not just because Floyd is so skilled.

Floyd vs. shot Sharmba and a clearly intimidated Gatti does not make a HOF career for me. Maybe below 140, but above it... no.

I could seriously tell you it's a THIRD as good as Mayweather's.

But you're actually putting words in my mouth there... at NO POINT did I compare Joe Blow's resume with Floyd's. All I did was express shock at ES suggesting that Floyd only fights the best. Even Jack says Floyd is "doing a Roy".

still, floyd has accomplished more in his career and beat more quality opponents that calzone has done in his entire career.

i didnt say floyd fights "only" the best, but he does fight the best. sure gatti and mitchell arent the best, but he won a title against the warrior gatti and got his foot in the door of welterweight against mitchell.
