I would favor Calzache. Although, I feel Kessler has a legitimate chance of beating Joe.

But I feel Joe is more experience and will use his feet more....Unlike Beyer did lastnight, against Kessler. Beyer, stood right in front of Kessler and made it more of an easier fight for him.

A Kessler-Calzache fight should be made, it would be a great fight!

Yeah, but it doesn't mean you as an American shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion on boxing around the world without me throwing "Tyson bit someone's ear" or whatever in your face. (Besides, I LIKE Tyson biting ears).

I just get so used to trawling through mindless anti-Euro crap on here I just did the kind of knee-jerk that I hate in others. So sorry.

        Kessler by Ko 8 round

Joe should retire rather than facing Kessler, and I think he knows it.

Calzaghe was the underdog against Lacy and won, Kessler is the underdog against Calzaghe and will win.

It's funny how his status has dropped so quickly already. In every thread last week he was an alltime great, now he could lose to a relatively unknown commodity (apart from the Danish posters who have been hyping this guy for as long as I've been here).
I dont know anyone calling him an all time great, there was debate on if he should even get into the IBHOF.

this is one of the best match up in a while both of these guys are at their best they are similar and match up well. I think kessler will come to kill joe kessler is kind of a scary guy. If joe can keep his d tight and his jab out there he will win if its a brawl i give it to kessler I think he is the stronger man better on the inside and works the body well.

I think the contrary. Kessler is at his best if it's a boxing match, so he can use his range. His best weapons are really his straight punches, whereas Calzaghe has shown that he can throw quick flurries, especially up close.

Kessler better in a boxing match, Calzaghe quicker hands inside, and better in a highspeed brawl.

Teach me more, I didn't know the underdog wins every fight.

And I think this is pretty much even pickings, if anything Calzaghe will slide to the underdog again based on his last performance.

I say Calzaghe in a very close fight.......I think his experience in bigger fights would pay off......could go either way though from what I can tell of both.

REALLY NOW... WHY should Kessler be the favorite?.. what the hell has he done in his career? who has he beaten? He has never fought outside of Denmark.. You dont THINK maybe he has had a FEW gifts? His only name opponent is a ****ING USELESS OVERPROTECTED lame ass Marcus Beyer.. I will say it again.. Beyer had a chance to fight Calzaghe on many occasions.. He TOOK the Kessler fight because he figured it would be the easy fight.. HAVE any of you ANTI Calzaghes ever even SEEN Beyer fight? He is pure ****e.. At his VERY best he is average.. Most of you are so obvious in your BAnd wagon Jumping its FUNNY...
