Belief in his own hype? Calzaghe has belief in himself and his ability, he did have an off night, his face looked drained before he even entered the ring - I don't know why or how, because he was making weight comfortably.

You can't expect much more of a better performance than what he did with Lacy, that was as one sided as it could have gotten, he had a tough fight, but it wasn't like he was in trouble at any stage, and he only clearly lost one round.
