Why did James Toney get hit on the back of the head?

it is practically impossible to avoid getting hit in the back of the head if you fight peter. it's not simply a case of a person bobbing too low or turning sideways. peter has done it in every fight i've seen - which is six, seven, or so fights.
this is clearly a pattern and not a specific problem relating to any one specific fighter.
look at it like this: how many times does james toney complain or mention getting hit in the back of the head. how many times has klitschko mentioned opponents hitting him in the back of the head?
personally, i think the powers that be view peter as an exceptionally exciting fighter and somehow this translates into letting his blatant rabbit punches getting swept under the mat.Comment
