I was just curious if you were going to say "no way, Peter-Toney is totally different, that was a robbery" or some ****, but you were cool about it. Awesome. Yeah I totally agree with you, but there will always be an asterix next to Castillo-Mayweather in the history books.

Ringside oberservers had mayweather winning the fight, i thought mayweather won the fight because i knew damn well Castillo was NOT hitting him flush. A pro castillo crowd coupled with HBO feeling he won created an atmosphere that creates contraversy, contraversy that was defeated during the rematch.

        re black jesus:
i think it was more of a fact that floyd was being troubled. fans tend to react when a fighter who has that aura of invincibility looks human. he was never troubled up to that point in his career. i believe he was p4p #4 at the time also.

It doesn't matter if Castillo isn't hitting Floyd flush all the time when Floyd is running and not landing well himself, which he did a lot of in that fight.

I watched the Mayweather short documentary on "VS" channel and it said that he had a torn Rotator cuff {shoulder injury}... I am not sure how true it is since I don't have any facts saying he went to the hospital after the fight to get it fixed

What did you think about the 2nd fight with Castillo?

I hate to break it to you, but contrary to popular beilief, floyd doesnt run, ive NEVER seen floyd pull a cory spinks in any of his fights. If he is moving laterally around the ring, he will stand in there when he needs to. I know some of you find this hard to believe, but floyd doesnt run.

It's just the saddest thing in the world that Floyd haters cling onto the first Castillo fight so tightly. It's the only fight Floyd has ever come close to losing. I had Floyd barely edging it out, but I'm not mad at you if you thought Castillo won. It could have gone either way.

With that said, the judges are the ones who decide who gets the W and who get the L. In this case, the judges saw it in Mayweather's favor and most of the ringside media saw it the same way. Just say it was a close fight that Mayweather pulled out rather than screaming robbery and attaching an imaginary 1 to Floyd's losses.

Also, give the man some credit for giving Castillo an immediate rematch after such a close fight. We have guys like Hatton and Sam Peter who win close fights and then don't have the respect for their opponents to give them a second opportunity. They are glad to run off with their tainted victories, unlike Floyd...
