Dude, this guy is an all time great But against Pac, he
just have hard time setting his balls accordingly. He made excuses and 3 years still excuses. Let me put it this way, If he himslef believe on his excuses he fought have rematch Pac anytime right?

Barrera has every right to dictate when he fights Pacquiao. Yes he knows that Pacquiao is a threat, that is obvious, but that doesn't mean to say he won't face him for a second time, and you can bet he'll be better equipped in the return.
Do you think that Barrera will fight Pacquiao again? If so it kind of makes your theory that an 'All Time Great' has a problem with setting his balls accordingly a bit ridiculous doesn't it?
