Its just a piece of nationalistic nuthugging. I think its fair to assume to given the status of the Phillipines in the world that they have every right to rally around Manny as he is (unlike much of the Phillipines I'd surmise) somewhere near the top of the tree in his chosen field. A symbol of national pride in a country with more than its fair share of problems.

I don't know what to say about the article. Recah Trinidad has been a long time critic of Pacquiao. He himself has been bashed by Pacfans and does not (Still I think) have a good relationship with Pacquiao himself.

I agree with you. i think it is a mistake for people to count Barerra or Morales out for that matter. Figters of this caliber and with the skills they have can never be counted out and as MAB has showed time and time again he is always better in remayches. He knows how to make adjustments and find a way to win. I think it is a mistake for people to count him out.
