GED is a certificate for people who dropped out of high school. Essentially it's in place of a diploma for people who want to go back. They study and take a four hour test I believe.

Saying someone is getting a GED is generally an insult aimed at their education.

It was more like a push! Anyway Jones fought a Toney that was overweight that was having trouble making weight, Toney was also having some personal problems during the Jones fight.

The Toney that fought Jones, would've lost to many other decent fighters that night.

The Hopkins fight was much closer and Hopkins was a nobody at that time, he was a green fighter, with very little amateur background.
